See what Sayed has to say...
"I believe strongly that the People factor is the ultimate ingredient for organizations to grow and succeed in their ever-more complex ecosystems. The 2020 COVID-19 global crisis has brought this to the fore and will require the refocusing of HR and People strategies to deal with a new normal. Organizational resiliency will be tested and new ways of working will emerge.
In both my operational and consulting roles, I have built and scaled Human capital practices, expanded service offerings and thrived in post-merger environments.
This is not the first crisis we are facing. We have witnessed and navigated others before, from 9/11 to the financial crisis to SARS. We learnt a lot about how to re-focus and align the HR function and the people agenda through the various phases of such disruptive change and crisis. Long-term client assignments have given me both an “inside” and “outside” perspective."
